Patch Notes

This update brings a substantial round of balance and stability changes ahead of the next raid tier, along with a handful of long-requested quality-of-life fixes. Full breakdown below. Class Balance - Fixed a bug where certain warrior rage-generation talents were not scaling correctly with weapon speed on fast one-handed weapons. - Frost mage: Improved Freeze mechanic now correctly interacts with Shatter for the intended burst window. - Resto druid: Wild Growth's healing-over-time tick now benefits from mastery as intended. - Paladin: Fixed several seals not properly refreshing their buff icon duration on recast. Dungeons and Raids - Icecrown Citadel: Lady Deathwhisper's adds now spawn on a slightly more forgiving timer on 10-player difficulty. - Fixed an issue where Professor Putricide's Gas Cloud could occasionally spawn inside a wall on certain pathing routes. - Halls of Reflection: the escort event no longer softlocks if all three heroes are killed simultaneously. World and Quests - Corrected several quest text inconsistencies in Icecrown and Storm Peaks. - Fixed a rare crash that could occur when mounting immediately after dismounting near flight masters. - Vendor prices across several capital cities have been rebalanced to better match realm economy targets. Launcher and Addons - The addon manager now retries failed downloads automatically instead of requiring a manual refresh. - Minor performance improvements to the update checker on slower connections.
